About the role:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our marketing and sales department. This role is vital in optimizing and automating processes within our CRM, supporting sales documentation, and assisting our Sales Channel area.
You will gain experience in marketing automation, lead qualification, and sales enablement while working with international clients and partners.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop analytical, organizational, and technical skills in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows, ensuring data accuracy and automation of key processes.
  • Document and structure product information for commercial teams, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Analyze and qualify business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead strategies.
  • Identify decision-makers within potential client organizations and assess their needs.
  • Support the Sales Channel area administratively and operationally.
  • Track marketing campaigns and lead performance within the CRM.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Business, or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be the first contact for our customers.
  • Comfort discussing high-tech solutions, including systems for rescuing missing people based on mobile geolocation.
  • Willingness to develop a career in sales, enhancing negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, organized team players.
  • English level C1 or bilingual proficiency, as it is the daily language for engaging international customers.
