What you will do
- Design and lead the international industrial construction strategy, ensuring alignment with quality, cost, timeline, legal, and safety standards.
- Define technical criteria, standards, and reference documentation; promote synergy between pre-construction and execution phases.
- Develop and manage performance indicators and dashboards; analyze comparative data to support investment and budget decisions.
- Guide Pre-Construction and Senior Construction Managers by setting clear parameters, roles, and governance structures.
- Oversee all project phases, ensuring schedule compliance, financial control, risk management, and proper documentation.
- Assess internal workloads and engage external implementers to ensure efficiency, scalability, and specialization.
- Lead cultural change in project management practices, clearly communicating the value of the new approach.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including local authorities and executive committees.
What we are looking for
- Degree in a construction-related field: Architecture, Technical Architecture (Quantity Surveyor) OrIndustrial Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in construction projects (buildings, general installations, etc.), preferably in global roles.
- 5+years of experience in industrial construction environments.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams (design, execution, procurement, technical).
- Strong communication skills and experience in client management (guidance, issue resolution).
- High level of English proficiency.
