Senior Mobile Engineer - FCM Digital, Europe

The FCM Digital team is a small, nimble team that is making a giant impact! We aim to create a new digital experience to transform the corporate travel technology ecosystem. As we enhance our user journey by integrating more of the booking experience within our platform, we seek a highly skilled and business-oriented Technical Product Owner to lead this transformation. We focus on maximising flexibility while maintaining the highest degree of user experience.

About You

You’ll spend most of your time initially building our new web client or mobile app, helping define architecture, and selecting technologies and patterns. You’ll primarily be responsible for coding the web or app client but will also be involved in documenting components in our style guide to ensure consistency across the interface and collaborating with design and product teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (minimum 4+ years) developing complex web applications with React or mobile applications with React Native.
• An eye for detail and the ability to build applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Proficiency in modern software development techniques such as unit testing, continuous integration, and distributed version control.
• Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• A fun and collaborative attitude, valuing teamwork as key to success.
• A portfolio or samples of past work, code, and projects for review.
• Experience with GraphQL, Apollo, Next.js, or Typescript.
• Knowledge of native environments for Android and iOS.
• Experience building a Design System and working with SDUI.
