Traffic Acquisition Manager - Paid Media

to elevate our digital acquisition efforts. You’ll be responsible for executing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta in five markets (and growing!). In this role, you’ll work closely with our SEO Manager (who previously managed paid campaigns) and report directly to the CMO. You’ll also collaborate with local marketing specialists to tailor messaging and creative for each market, while maintaining a cohesive global strategy.

If you’ve managed sizable budgets, thrive on data, and are constantly testing to find what works—this one's for you.

Key activities / responsibilities include:

  1. Campaign Management: Execute and manage paid media campaigns end to end on Google Ads and Meta. The bulk of the budget and daily activity is focused on Google—so deep experience with this platform is essential. Maintain optimal budget pacing and performance monitoring across geographies. Ensure tracking, attribution, and tagging are implemented correctly (in collaboration with IT). Manage and establish relationships with key platform partners (e.g., Google Ads, Meta).
  2. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Use data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Build reports and dashboards to share campaign insights and guide decisions. Take ownership of paid media performance with a growth mindset.
  3. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the SEO Manager to ensure paid and organic strategies are aligned, sharing insights and coordinating initiatives. Build business cases to support budget increases and growth initiatives based on performance analysis. Present campaign results, strategic recommendations, and CPA optimizations to senior leadership, including C-level stakeholders. Collaborate with local marketing specialists to adapt creative and messaging by country. Coordinate with brand, social media, design, and CRM teams for full-funnel optimization. Align paid strategies with broader marketing goals and seasonal campaigns. Share feedback on creative assets and landing pages to improve conversions.

Requirements: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. Deep expertise in Google Ads is required, as it is the core of our performance media strategy. Proven track record managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets (>100K/month) with clear business impact. Solid knowledge of performance metrics, bid strategies, audience segmentation, retargeting, etc. Proficiency in ad platforms, tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4), and attribution models. Analytical mindset with strong skills in Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools. Confident in presenting campaign insights and business recommendations to senior management and C-level executives. Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Passion for travel and digital marketing. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience working across multiple markets or countries is a plus.

Key Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Analytical with a data-first approach. Proactive problem-solver. Comfortable with creative testing and performance iteration. Self-starter with a hands-on attitude.

Schedule:

Full-time with flexible hours (7.5 hours a day). 100% remote (with an office near Torre Agbar in Barcelona available for work if preferred).

  • We can only consider candidates who are Spanish residents and have the necessary documentation to work legally in Spain.

Our value proposition: Experience a versatile work environment where you're empowered to lead projects and collaborate across functions to reach ambitious goals. Join a culture that values work-life balance, dedication, and inclusivity. Opportunities to grow your role as the company matures and your skills develop.
