Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to travel bookings, itineraries, and available services.
• Efficiently resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Guide clients in using our online booking platform and help with any technical questions.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to promote continuous service improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends and our offerings to provide accurate information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or similar roles, ideally in the travel industry.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on effectively resolving client inquiries.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using technology and navigating online booking systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for travel and a desire to assist clients in their travel plans.
