Head of Global HR Systems and Governance (m / f / d)

INDUSTRY AND CAPITAL GOODS FUNCTIONS

The Head of Global HR Systems and Governance is responsible for managing HR technology projects and ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and compliant globally.

Your Responsibilities :

• Drive HR technology projects, including implementation and upgrades, e.g. SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop and enforce HR governance policies.
• Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize HR systems.
• Monitor project progress and report on key metrics.

Your Profile :

• Experience : 7+ years in HR project management, with experience in Consulting.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Project management skills, knowledge of HRIS and regulatory compliance.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
• Experience working in global environments.
• Attributes : detail-oriented, strong organizational skills, problem-solver, and excellent communication.
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%).
• Proficiency in English; Spanish and other languages are an asset.
