Position:

Engagement Manager

Remuneration:

Base salary + bonus

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide dedicated support to a select group of partners developing publishing and expanding applications on cloud platforms as part of a strategic success program.
  • Serve as the primary contact, delivering a positive first impression and establishing a foundation for lasting partner relationships.
  • Define clear call objectives and conversation approaches to ensure consistent and repeatable execution.
  • Focus on specific products and offerings tailored to the target audience.
  • Implement a structured multichannel outreach strategy utilizing calls, emails, and social media.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to deliver an exceptional engagement experience for customers and prospects.
  • Position competitive solutions aligned with customer needs and experiences.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform future business decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in German (C1), both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English.
  • At least 12 years of experience in sales and/or account or customer management with a proven success record.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience working with or selling cloud-based solutions or similar technologies.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud platforms or related technologies.
