Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in Barcelona. As a Product Owner, you will lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of our product, collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders.

What You'll Do Responsibilities :

1. Establish a shared vision of the product between the team and stakeholders.
2. Write feature, stories, and requirements documents — PRDs.
3. Take responsibility for the long-term schedule of the game’s development, using metrics from team output and the product backlog. Continuously prioritize and refine the product backlog.
4. Participate in all Scrum meetings. Accept or reject sprint results.
5. Ensure backlog items are relevant to their features, or that their features are dependent on, tracked, sized, and prioritized accurately.
6. Own the lifecycle of a feature from concept through launch, including ongoing analysis and optimization phases.
7. Research and analyze strategic and competitive information to optimize the products and their performance.
8. Follow the budget and report progress to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience leading the production of Free to Play Mobile Games.
• Fluent English (full proficiency).
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage a budget.
• Nimble, result-oriented, willing to step out of comfort zone.
• Extended knowledge of the mobile gaming market, including main F2P successes in gameplay loop, metagame, and monetization triggers.
• Passion for mobile games and a strategic vision of the mobile game industry and free-to-play economy.
• Solid understanding and practice of agile methodologies is a plus.
