Position Summary

Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Provide information about available recreation facilities and activities. Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility for guest safety and welfare. Observe activities and respond appropriately in emergencies. Be aware of safety concerns and inform supervisors. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and supplies.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete safety training. Follow company policies, ensure professional appearance, and maintain confidentiality. Welcome and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation. Communicate clearly and answer calls professionally. Develop positive relationships, support team goals, and process payments. Meet quality standards and verify information visually. Inspect tools and equipment, use computers or POS systems, and perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects. Perform other duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.

Required Qualifications

  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
  • Recreation Equipment Certification or training as required by local and state agencies
