Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems & Analytics Manager to join our corporate procurement department at Radisson Hotel Group as part of the global strategic sourcing team. This wide-ranging role is pivotal in boosting the reporting capabilities of the Strategic Sourcing Department, using data from multiple systems and tools with the objective of enhancing the efficiency of the procurement function and of effectively communicating key results and reports with our internal and external stakeholders. The position requires a strong drive and mindset for automation in general and for improving the efficiency of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define the best way to manage different sources of master data that are part of several procurement reports (Hotel master data, Supplier master data, etc).
  • Develop and maintain insightful reports using Power BI to support strategic decision-making and improve the overall efficiency of the sourcing function.
  • Provide training and support to procurement staff on the effective use of the different reporting tools available.
  • Monitor and analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost saving opportunities, and areas for improvement in general.
  • Strive for a continuous pursuit for efficiency through automation and the use of the right tools and processes.
  • Support the integration, implementation and efficiency of a new standardized global procurement platform across the portfolio
  • Support the preparation of ad-hoc reporting and analysis for senior management.
  • Design internal systems to upgrade the audit capabilities of external reporting from suppliers.
  • Support the continuous improvement of sustainability reporting capabilities of the department.
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing procurement systems and developing advanced reporting capabilities in Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills and data management capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a complex and changing environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish and/or French is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Effective project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
