We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester who thrives in dynamic, agile environments and is passionate about delivering high-quality software. In this role, you will be responsible for managing test processes, creating detailed test plans, and ensuring seamless deployment to production. You will collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to improve product performance and user experience, while actively contributing to the team’s QA strategy. Accountabilities :

• Prepare, manage, and monitor testing processes across all stages of development
• Define and implement QA strategies to continuously improve product quality
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to identify and resolve issues
• Clearly document test results, bugs, and quality metrics
• Share QA best practices with the wider team to support knowledge growth
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to product improvement discussions
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a QA Tester
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and test execution
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools and ability to document issues clearly
• Basic knowledge of programming languages and interest in industry trends
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• A collaborative, solution-focused attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
