At NTT DATA, we are seeking a manager experienced in the European Public sector (public institutions) who wishes to advance their career within NTT Data's executive team.

The manager will primarily be responsible for Account Management of Platform and Infrastructure services/projects, Delivery Management, and talent retention and growth within NTT Data.

Daily activities include leading a team through all commercial phases—contract negotiation, proposal development, scope management, and pricing—as well as the delivery of ICT (infrastructure and product) services and projects. Experience in pre-sales and delivery is highly valued.

Experience in recruiting and building efficient delivery teams for projects and recurring infrastructure services (both on-premise and cloud) is essential.

Capabilities

• Identifying, selling, and following up on projects at CTO, CIO, and CDO levels; strong commercial and pre-sales skills; bid management.
• Managing projects and services using agile methodologies; leading work teams in complex environments; managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Controlling project budgets, monitoring revenue and margins.
• Engaging in digital transformation initiatives, promoting best practices in project development and execution that add business value.
• Knowledge of Cloud architectures, DevOps, and SRE practices (cloud migration, automation, CI/CD, service assurance).
• Leading process automation to enhance speed, stability, and performance of technological systems and platforms.
• Ensuring data center infrastructure capacity meets client needs with an eye to future development and software process facilitation.

Other Requirements

• Residence in Spain (Barcelona, Madrid) or Belgium (Brussels).
• Languages: Business English (C1) required; Spanish (B2) highly valued.

Work Location

• 40-60% at client premises and/or NTT Data offices; 40-60% remote from Spain or Belgium.
• Eligible for eu-SECRET / NATO-SECRET clearance.
