Capital Markets Senior Analyst

Our client is a European retailer specializing in clothing, fashion, and decorative articles, with over 20 years of experience in Europe and employing around 20,000 people worldwide. The role reports to the Expansion Director (HQ) and is part of the Investment and Property Department.

The main responsibilities include :

• Executing the expansion plan within the designated area by acquiring commercial properties that meet specific parameters and representing the company in the commercial property market.
• Monitoring the property market in the area to gather information on potential investments and existing buildings.
• Identifying and initially verifying commercial properties for lease that align with the company's requirements.
• Negotiating lease terms, including contract extensions, amendments, and property agreements.
• Maintaining internal contacts with the Investment section and Sales Department.
• Establishing and maintaining external contacts with commercial real estate service providers, investors, landlords, tenants, and chain companies.

Required skills include proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, with fluency in English and Spanish.
