For our international Service Desk, where the working language within the company is English, we are looking for German, French, and Spanish-speaking first-line support agents.
To Be Connected is a Dutch family business that has been involved in IT services for retail chains since 2007. Our customers contact our Service Desk as soon as their cash register or peripherals are not functioning optimally.
Your task is to help these customers by telephone as quickly as possible. Specific IT knowledge is not necessary for this role, but it is important that you can communicate easily and correctly. In principle, knowing how to use a computer is enough; you will learn the rest during your training period at To Be Connected.

The First-Line Service Desk position at To Be Connected is open 7 days a week, during the hours that our customers' shops are open. The position is for candidates who want to work between 32-40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts within our schedule. Shifts vary weekly, and each workday has three different shifts you may be assigned to. You will work alongside your colleagues from our new office, located in the Beach Trade Center Jávea, within walking distance of the beach.
