Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their specific cybersecurity needs and provide tailored software solutions.
• Facilitate the implementation and configuration of online security software.
• Offer expert guidance and support to clients in both Dutch and English.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on effective security practices and product usage.
• Gather feedback from clients to relay to our development team for product enhancement.
• Monitor and analyze emerging cybersecurity trends to keep our solutions relevant.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
• Experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting, or a related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of online security principles and software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client engagement.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate client needs.
• Familiarity with implementing and managing security software is an advantage.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
• Desire to continually learn and keep abreast of cybersecurity advancements.
