At Crossover Conferences & Events, we are on a mission to double our impact on the market by 2027 and aggressively expand into key markets.

We specialize in high-end corporate meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) across Spain & Portugal, working with global brands.

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Event Planner & Business Developer to help us scale up by increasing the average event value and average number of events per year.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, event execution, and business growth.

Your Role :

  • Drive Growth & Deliver Impactful Events
  • Sales & Business Development

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and engage corporate clients in key markets.
  • Attend industry trade fairs, networking events, and client meetings to generate leads.
  • Develop a high-value client database and establish long-term relationships.
  • Pitch, negotiate, and close deals with a focus on premium event services.
  • Craft tailored proposals that increase event size and budget.
  • Lead the planning and execution of large-scale corporate events across Spain & Portugal.
  • Work closely with clients to create bespoke, high-end experiences.
  • Negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure top-tier execution.
  • Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site event coordination.
  • Upsell additional services to increase the average event spend.

Who You Are :

  • A sales-driven event professional with at least 3+ years' experience in corporate event planning & business development.
  • A natural networker who thrives on building relationships and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiator with experience in high-value event sales.
  • Experienced in handling premium, large-scale corporate events.
  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Barcelona, Spain.
