Job Description:

MISSION:

• Define and update commissioning processes and specifications in alignment with the needs from PM Commissioning and the requirements from Engineering designers.
• Design and validate tools for maintenance, testing, and commissioning of Nordex turbines, considering requirements from engineering, PM, QHSE, and Sourcing.
• Translate lessons learned from wind farms and factories into requirements for engineering to improve wind turbine design.

TASKS:

• Analyze and establish commissioning processes and tools based on the parameters and characteristics of the product design.
• Participate in product development groups, review designs, and propose improvements and corrections from the commissioning and COE perspective.
• Define and validate commissioning tools.
• Create commissioning manuals.
• Resolve incidents and implement improvement actions related to maintenance and commissioning documents and tools, as opened by Windfarms and Quality Departments.
• Travel to ports, plants, and wind farms for new tools or turbine prototype reviews.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Experience with control processes in CAD-PLM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, CREO Viewer, AutoCAD, Teamcenter Visualization), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, SAP.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Proficiency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
