Staff Product Manager

Salary : €100k-€115k + Equity + Benefits

A high-growth SaaS Travel scaleup in Barcelona is seeking Staff Product Managers to lead key product areas. We have openings within expense management, policy and control and reporting squads.

What You’ll Do :

• Work cross-functionally to build best-in-class solutions that scale with customer needs.
• Define and optimize product discovery frameworks, ensuring a deep understanding of customer pain points and market opportunities.
• Mentor and influence other PMs, helping to shape product culture and drive best practices across teams.
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive execution and deliver impactful B2B SaaS solutions.
• Engage with senior leadership to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
