MAIN TASKS :
- Support sales and functional teams in assigned accounts with technical expertise: solution design, estimation, and assumptions.
- Assist the Project Manager / Delivery Manager in providing technical leadership, leveraging comprehensive platform knowledge to identify optimal solutions for project requirements.
- Identify and communicate risks related to technical management and client profitability.
- Ensure project progress aligns with scope, schedule, and budget, alerting managers to potential deviations.
- Achieve technical objectives of the project.
- Ensure compliance with Omega's software quality standards.
- Supervise effort estimations during testing phases.
- Collaborate on project demos for clients.
- Deliver comprehensive technical documentation for projects.
- Participate in technical team development and training, advising on skill improvement.
- Identify opportunities for technical up-selling and cross-selling.
- Suggest methodological improvements for the technical team.
- Contribute to Omega's community of practice through thought leadership, training, and mentoring.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
- At least 3 years of full lifecycle Salesforce.com implementations.
- Experience as a Salesforce.com developer.
- Knowledge of Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in English at a high level.
