This role, reporting to CHRO, is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, driving HR business transformation, and aligning HR strategies with overarching business objectives. The incumbent will oversee a team and manage outsourced partnerships to guarantee the efficiency of HR operations. Additionally, the role involves the development and implementation of HR processes and policies to support the company's growth trajectory.

The Global Head of HR Shared Services is tasked with formulating the HR services strategy, enhancing the global delivery of HR services, ensuring the quality and efficiency of these services, and overseeing HR technologies. Specifically, the responsibilities include:
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of ten years of HR/People Services operations experience in a global context, exhibit strong leadership and project management skills, and demonstrate the ability to optimize HR operations.
• Experience in leading HR Services including leading a global shared services model
• Thought leader in HR Open Services with experience optimizing and delivering highly credible and reliable HR operations and incorporating technical advancements to enable fit for purpose organizations.
• Experience in payroll administration
• For this role it is critical that the candidate has direct and relevant experience in global, i.e. Europe and USA as well as other regions if possible. They will have led complex operations and successfully navigated a large-scale global transformation and growth.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Must be an accomplished leader who can devise the strategy and deploy it successfully.
• Having solid skills as a coach and developer of people within the organization to enable upgrades in skill sets of the organization.
• Proven strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
