Your role in the team
As a Team Lead Service Management, you are responsible for leading, managing and developing a Team of Service Delivery Managers by closely working together and providing support for challenging situations and project improvements.
Your responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Service Delivery Managers/ Project Managers.
- Setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
- Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
- Provide guidance and support to high customer satisfaction throughout their engagement with the service.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.
What we expect from you
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership in IT Service Delivery.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
- Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple project setting and personalities and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- German and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
