Your role in the team

As a Team Lead Service Management, you are responsible for leading, managing and developing a Team of Service Delivery Managers by closely working together and providing support for challenging situations and project improvements.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Service Delivery Managers/ Project Managers.
  • Setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
  • Identify, recognize, and optimize processes/services, initiating necessary steps for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to high customer satisfaction throughout their engagement with the service.
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery processes and outcomes to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery.

What we expect from you

  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideally, several years of experience in professional and disciplinary leadership in IT Service Delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional engagement.
  • Proactive approach to identifying operational issues and developing solutions to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple project setting and personalities and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • German and/or Spanish would be a strong plus.
