The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant for existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and issues, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client relationships and understand their requirements through regular video calls to foster engagement and inform them about product updates.
  • Understand client needs and goals, serving as the primary contact for all matters related to their experience.
  • Identify upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value to their businesses.
  • Proactively analyze your portfolio to make informed decisions and develop action plans for each client.
  • Recognize trends and potential issues, reporting them proactively and helping to improve customer journeys and our products.
  • Collaborate with teams across Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance to meet company objectives.
  • Demonstrate strategic analytical skills and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Be tech-savvy.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience managing B2B customer portfolios; experience in SaaS is a plus.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and empathy.
  • Be skilled at multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork.
  • Be proactive and suggest new ideas.
  • Experience in handling churn cases and upselling is required.
  • Work effectively with KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required; we are an international team.
