What are we looking for?

We are seeking a Technical Leader with extensive knowledge to lead technical projects in the Markets domain.

Main tasks and responsibilities include:

1. Designing and implementing new projects and providing production support.
2. Building, validating, and optimizing large-scale Back-End, Middle-Tier, and Front-End solutions in heterogeneous environments.
3. Developing and managing batch processes (Java Spring Boot) and streaming solutions (Apache Flink).
4. Working within an agile, continuous integration/DevOps environment using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Sonar, Nexus, Jira, and Splunk.

What we expect from you?

10-15 years of experience in software development, primarily with technologies including Java, Flink, Hazelcast, Spring Boot, Kafka, Angular, and Web Applications - Real Time ecosystems. The ideal candidate should also have good management skills to lead a small team, resolve urgent production issues, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Technical expertise in cloud architecture, security best practices, and automation tools is essential. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have: Experience with cloud ecosystems such as Azure and AWS is a plus!
