Customer Support with Arabic (Interpreter) Dals is currently seeking Arabic speakers to join our telephone / video interpreting service. Do you speak English and Arabic? Then we would like to hear from you!

Who are we?

Dals is a language service provider working with Public and Private sector clients, such as local councils, universities, hospitals, charity organizations, and international corporations. We help non-English speakers access essential services, such as medical care, by providing interpreters in over 512 languages and dialects. You will provide accurate telephone / video interpreting for our clients and non or limited English speakers, facilitating communication of important information. This is a highly rewarding opportunity; you will need to think quickly and demonstrate excellent linguistic skills. The calls may include medical appointments, meetings with public officials, legal matters, immigration meetings, social services, and child protection appointments.

This role is entirely flexible—you can choose your availability and duration. You simply log into our telephone and video interpreting app. As this is a freelance role, you will be responsible for your own tax payments.

Any successful candidate must have the following:

• Right to work in your country of residence
• Qualifications / relevant experience
• Security clearance (if available; assistance provided if not)
• EU residency

We will conduct a telephone language assessment.
