The Role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, with relocation provided.

Team Overview

The Agoda Supply Team develops solutions for our accommodation partners and promotes Agoda’s growth. The Tech Partnerships Team within Supply drives supply performance and manages strategic initiatives with Tech/Connectivity Providers, acting as key touchpoints between partners and Agoda.

The Opportunity

The Senior Business Development Manager – Tech Partnerships will support Agoda’s commercial goals by working collaboratively with internal and external teams to develop and manage Tech/Connectivity Partners. The role requires strong management, business acumen, operational savvy, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is driven, positive, creative in problem-solving, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regional Account Ownership: Manage commercial and strategic planning for key Tech/Connectivity Partners.
  2. Business Development: Design strategies and initiatives to identify market opportunities and drive growth.
  3. Experimentation: Conduct data-driven testing to optimize performance.
  4. Communication: Engage with leadership and stakeholders, providing feedback and updates.
  5. Reporting: Handle regular performance analysis and reporting.
  6. Account Support: Manage technical and rate inquiries from partners and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in Hospitality Tech / OTA or related fields.
  • Experience with large account management and business development.
  • Strong data skills, with ability to leverage analytics for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including at C-level.
  • Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau).
  • Understanding of APIs and XML connections.
