We're aiming to become the most customer-centric company on Earth.

As a Junior S&OP Analyst, you will have the opportunity to create world-class customer experiences leveraging your innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

About the team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last-mile delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver millions of physical products to customers. Our goal is to make the delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for concepts like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.

Our operations include two main sides: our under-the-roof associates who process products for dispatch, and our on-the-road team working with Amazon Flex, a network of delivery contractors. We focus on innovation, reducing our carbon footprint with cutting-edge vehicles, including electric vehicles, and technology.

Required qualifications include relevant experience in analytical tasks or projects working with data, advanced proficiency in English (C1 level), experience with MS Office, communication skills with senior stakeholders, experience in transportation or logistics, and programming skills in SQL or Python.
