We are seeking experienced Yacht Brokers to join our dynamic team, representing premium yacht brands and providing unparalleled expertise to our clients.

The Role

As a Yacht Broker with Ancasta in Mallorca, you will:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through buying and selling processes.
2. Market and sell new and pre-owned yachts, leveraging Ancasta's extensive portfolio and global network.
3. Represent prestigious yacht brands and attend industry events, boat shows, and networking opportunities as required.
4. Provide expert advice on yacht specifications, market trends, and financing options.
5. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience: Successful track record as a yacht broker or in a similar high-value sales role within the marine industry.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the yachting market, including sales, yacht brands, and Mediterranean cruising grounds.
• Client-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Self-Motivated: Results-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Local Expertise: Familiarity with Mallorca's yachting community, fluency in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, French) are desirable.
• Flexibility: Willing to work across four offices, with weekend work and international event attendance as needed.
