Overnight Custodian

Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas of the facility to ensure a positive member experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, fitness equipment, and gym floor thoroughly.
• Stock locker room with proper paper products.
• Report broken amenities or equipment to the Club Manager or team lead.
• Handle lost member property according to the lost and found policy.

Customer Service & Behavior

• Exceed customer (including coworkers and the public) expectations through effective communication.
• Actively listen and empathize with customers and coworkers.
• Identify and analyze problems, seek solutions, and ask for assistance when needed.
• Demonstrate tact and appropriate behavior in all interactions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Honesty and a strong work ethic.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk at least 75% of the shift.
• Reach and feel with hands/fingers/arms at least 75% of the shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, and crouch less than 20% of the shift.
• Lift over 100 lbs. less than 20% of the shift.
