GS Inima Environment, part of the GS E&C Group, specializes in environmental activities across all project phases: Design, Technology, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance. It operates in both public and private markets and has a presence in Spain, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and the Middle East.

We are seeking a Safety and Health Technician to optimize management systems and promote a culture of prevention and well-being within the company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and maintenance of Safety and Health management software.
  2. Coordination of initial and periodic medical examinations.
  3. Continuous communication with the External Prevention Service and Health Surveillance.
  4. Analysis of health results and proposals for employee well-being improvements.
  5. Conducting internal audits and participating in external audits.
  6. Supervision of supplier evaluations and results analysis.
  7. Preparation of reports and data analysis for management.
  8. Development of internal communication materials and management of the corporate Intranet.
  9. Collection and analysis of accident data.
  10. Creation and updating of documentation for the integrated management system.
  11. Legally compliant development of Safety Studies, Plans, and Risk Assessments for activities in each country, or outsourcing to accredited entities, considering local legal requirements.
  12. Prevention management for domestic and international travel.
  13. Implementation and maintenance of the company's Prevention Service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar Safety and Health roles.
  • Valuable previous experience in water sector or related industries.
  • Knowledge of construction and CAE.
  • Experience with ISO Management Systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High planning capacity, flexibility, and initiative.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Attention to detail and follow-up skills.
