Purpose of the job

Provide accurate solutions to customers during the first contact via phone, email, and chat. Keep customers informed about products, services, and promotions. Demonstrate ownership and deliver first-class service to exceed customer expectations and support company growth.

Key Activities / Accountabilities

Communication

  • Treat every customer with respect, empathy, and patience. Keep promises. Listen carefully to understand the customer's issue and respond appropriately.
  • Handle a wide range of customers and accurately record all details in relevant systems.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions based on customer needs.
  • Educate customers on using online self-service tools.

Drive improvements

  • Seek continuous improvements to exceed customer expectations and help the company grow.
  • Propose enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify root causes of issues and escalate as needed to prevent recurrence.
  • Simplify processes to reduce effort.

Performance – Quality, Customer Focus, and Productivity

  • Meet service level targets and quality standards.
  • Perform against key customer service goals.
  • Understand individual performance targets.

Self-development

  • Take ownership of your growth and seek development opportunities.
  • Manage your training plan and participate in development activities.

  • Support team members in their training and knowledge sharing.

Requisitos

Essential

  • Middle education degree
  • Proficiency with PC and MS Office
  • Effective verbal and written communication in Spanish and English (fluent)
  • Flexibility and shift work availability

Preferred Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience in contact service environments
  • Online gaming experience is a plus
