Amidst the overwhelming permitting process, Portiko provides a complete protocol of the permit procedures from concept to delivery, on which we apply traceability and automation of tasks and teams to ensure full control of the project. By leveraging technology, Portiko becomes a digital ally that lightens the bureaucracy entailed in permitting so that industry professionals can focus on their value-add.

Role Description

We are looking for a visionary CTO with full-stack experience to join our founding team in this pre-launch phase. The role will include building a scalable SaaS architecture from scratch, creating and implementing AI features, leading product development during our critical early stages, and turning innovative ideas into market-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SaaS design, architecture, development, and maintenance
• Experience with AI features and their integration
• Capacity to integrate APIs into the product
• Experience in urbanism, construction or related real estate industries is a plus
