We are looking for an Office Manager to efficiently organise and coordinate office administration and procedures. The successful candidate is an energetic professional who has the ability to work on multiple projects at a time. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties independently, with little or no supervision. Well organised, flexible and enjoys the challenge of supporting an office of diverse people.

Requirements :

Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant

Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures from the real estate industry

Hands on experience with office machines (printers, coffee machines, water service)

Awareness and experience in receiving, processing and issuing invoices

Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work. The ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines is essential.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish, any other languages is a bonus)

Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

A creative mind with an ability to suggest process improvements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; a plus if you hold a qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary

2 years administrative experience required
