Job Opportunity: Senior Consultant (f/m/d) for IT & Digitalization

More than 100,000 practices work with IT solutions designed, developed, or certified by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians.

For our largest IT and Digitalization department in Berlin, we are seeking a senior consultant (f/m/d) as a parental leave replacement, likely until 30.06.2026.

With your expertise, you will contribute to reliable software that supports emergency medical services and ensures the smooth operation of practices serving over 73 million insured individuals.

YOUR TASKS

  • Model and implement business intelligence (BI) solutions based on Oracle Exadata and MicroStrategy.
  • Plan and support updates, installations, and configurations of BI software.
  • Drive controls to improve data quality and validity.
  • Support planning and implementation of process optimizations in data management.
  • Coordinate data analysis requirements with departments and advise on health data usage.
  • Implement complex data analyses and develop dashboards and automated reports.
  • Oversee the rollout of designed solutions.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in business, medical, or (technical) computer science preferred.
  • Good understanding of DWH and BI architectures.
  • Experience with BI and database technologies, with strong SQL and Python skills.
  • Knowledge of reporting and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, modeling, and integration.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Strong team orientation.
  • Healthcare sector experience is advantageous.
  • German language skills at least C1 CEFR level.
