In your role, you will be responsible for helping the CS structure achieve its results through :

  • Create useful reports to analyze business metrics;
  • Provide insights for analysis and decision-making;
  • Interpret KPIs and develop action plans for improvements;
  • Create and update processes in the CRM to enhance business indicators;
  • Ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices, and create a knowledge base;
  • Ensure the quality of processes and data;
  • Collaborate with departments on ongoing and emerging projects;
  • Participate in strategic projects to maximize impact;
  • Train the CS Spain team on processes at our Barcelona headquarters.

Qualifications :

We seek a super analytical, results-oriented, creative, dynamic thinker, and good communicator. Passion for accuracy, quick learner of new systems, and commitment to improving Customer Operations are essential. A strong work ethic, organization, and teamwork are crucial.

What makes you a strong fit :

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong presentation skills for business insights;
  • Database and SQL experience;
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Data Studio, and Google Sheets;
  • Experience managing CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot;
  • Fluent in English and bilingual in Spanish;
  • Residence in Spain is required.
