The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead strategic transformation initiatives by developing business-focused enterprise architectures that enhance efficiency and revenue in Lead-to-Cash processes. This role emphasizes aligning business objectives with streamlined processes and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in implementation and organizational transformation, with proficiency in Enterprise Architecture tools such as Leanix, Signavio, etc., to facilitate process improvements, lead generation, and customer-centric strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Architecture & Transformation

Develop high-level strategies supporting streamlined Lead-to-Cash processes and customer engagement, translating them into actionable roadmaps.

  • Utilize enterprise architecture tools like Leanix, Signavio, or similar for business process analysis and optimization.
  • Business Process Optimization

Lead initiatives to modernize the revenue lifecycle, focusing on process simplification and value creation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current processes and design future models promoting a customer-centric approach.
  • Use process modeling and analytics to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with market demands.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Bridge between executive leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service to ensure effective strategy execution.

  • Facilitate workshops, change management, and training, explaining complex strategies clearly.
  • Mentor leaders and teams to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Governance & Best Practices

Establish governance frameworks for process standards, compliance, and strategic alignment.

  • Review processes and initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and enterprise architecture tools.
  • Assess emerging trends and technologies for strategic enhancements.

Job Requirements Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related; MBA or MS preferred.
  • 10+ years in business process transformation within Lead-to-Cash and customer-centric models, preferably with TOGAF or similar frameworks.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like Leanix, Signavio, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to influence at executive level.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (~10%).
