At Intracon we are a dynamic collective of companies specializing in Marketing & Sales, HR consulting, and Corporate Events. We are seeking a Freelance Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales organization by building and delivering high-impact training programs, tools, and resources that empower our sales teams to perform at their best.

As part of the Technology team , you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to identify skill gaps, drive continuous learning, and ensure consistent messaging and process alignment across the organization.

Reporting to the M&S Director, your main responsibilities will include :

Design, develop, and deliver effective sales training programs (onboarding, product training, skills development, etc.).

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify sales enablement needs and performance gaps.

Analyze training outcomes and use data to refine programs and measure impact.

Support the rollout of tools and platforms that enhance sales productivity.

Partner with sales leadership to identify training needs and priorities.

Track training effectiveness using KPIs and data analysis.

Experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field is preferred.

Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment with sales leadership and business objectives.

Ability to track, measure, and report on the success of training programs.

Writes and speaks fluent English.
