The mission of this role

Handle customer complaints regarding product quality non-compliance by coordinating with all involved departments to achieve the best solution for both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the analysis of quality incidents within a multidisciplinary team to identify causes and define corrective actions.
  • Resolve incidents and improve supplier quality standards by following the incoming inspection procedures and audit plans.
  • Receive non-conformities from customers, resolve incidents, and enhance client satisfaction by collaborating with factory Quality departments and other teams; organize visits or meetings as needed.
  • Follow up on all actions resulting from non-conformities, audits, or other inputs.
  • Report and publish results to Quadpack group management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of 5 Whys, Ishikawa, and 8D methodologies.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or plastic injection industry is an advantage.
