Job Purpose

The successful candidate will drive the execution of the partnership strategy set by the HR & Payroll Practice, including contracting and procurement activities, and ensuring stakeholder awareness and buy-in. The Partner Solution Architect will also monitor market trends in HR & Payroll strategies and partnerships, making recommendations to enhance the practice's roadmap for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and surface opportunities based on market trends and industry economic context.
  • Raise awareness among internal and external stakeholders about evolutions in the partner ecosystem and maintain open communication.
  • Create high satisfaction through quality work and insights.
  • Lead contractual negotiations and execution of partner agreements within the framework defined by the HRP Practice.
  • Report regularly on initiative progress, aligning with the HRP Practice vision.
  • Define and execute communication strategies to promote new partnership developments.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure cooperation across HR and Payroll services.
  • Report on progress, identify potential roadblocks, and suggest solutions.

Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience :

  • Experience managing external partner relations.
  • Understanding of partnership models and the ability to recommend appropriate models (e.g., white-labeling, reseller, referral).
  • Strong English language skills; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated with initiative and independence.
  • Experience in transformational roles ensuring benefits realization.
  • Effective communication with senior personnel and clients.
