Your Tasks :

  • Coaching teams to optimize collaboration, entrepreneurial thinking, and results delivery.
  • Leading agile ceremonies and guiding teams towards timely delivery and quality products.
  • Identifying and removing impediments to ensure productivity and team happiness.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders and fostering decision-making.
  • Participating in leadership tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Coaching individuals for personal and professional development.

Your Profile :

  • Experience leading an agile team as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.
  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills in a commercial environment.
  • Decisiveness and ability to take quick, fearless decisions.
  • Experience supporting employee development and coaching.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
