Our client is seeking a skilled Affiliate Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate management within the iGaming sector, a talent for optimizing relationships, and a focus on delivering strong business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Affiliate Partner Management :

Oversee daily operations for key affiliate accounts, ensuring seamless communication and KPI achievement.

  • Develop and implement customized deal structures aligned with affiliate performance goals, negotiating win-win agreements.
  • Campaign Optimization :

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize affiliate campaigns to deliver high-quality traffic and achieve conversion targets.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Technical Oversight :

Maintain an understanding of post-back integrations and campaign tracking setups (preferred but not required).

  • Handle account setups, integration testing, and adherence to operational processes.
  • Strategic Alignment :

Understand operator KPIs and craft strategies that align with their growth and profitability objectives.

  • Build and sustain strong operator relationships, showcasing a commitment to excellence and a competitive edge.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate campaigns.

  • Communicate effectively in English to manage internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the iGaming industry, with a solid understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in affiliate backends and familiarity with performance metrics.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to craft and close tailored deals.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Demonstrated expertise in campaign optimization and an understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of post-back integrations is a bonus.
