Compensation: €57,041 - €70,068 / year

As Territory Manager País Vasco, Navarra y La Rioja, you will cover the territories of Navarra, La Rioja y Álava. You will report to the Area Sales Manager and be part of our diverse and fast-moving global team that is advancing the industry from analog to digital. We work on complex projects with innovative products including Invisalign clear aligners and the advanced iTero intraoral scanner.

You will manage a sales territory for Align Technology, selling directly to dental professionals, transforming traditional processes with digital solutions that enhance patient care and practitioner growth.

You understand that successful selling involves listening and understanding customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Álava, Navarra y La Rioja territory, growing the business and onboarding high-potential accounts.
  • Use insights and consultative selling to educate customers about their industry and their clients.
  • Partner with doctors to modernize and grow their practices through digital technology.
  • Plan and execute territory strategies based on account potential.
  • Develop account plans for high-potential clients, understanding their business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Leverage data and analytics to support customer decision-making.
  • Coordinate internal resources to enhance customer experience and promote Align products.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and business planning skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
  • High integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Adaptability and openness to new ideas.
  • B2B sales experience; industry experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontics, or related fields is preferred but not required.
  • Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Candidate should reside in Pamplona, Logroño, or Vitoria-Gasteiz, as this is a field-based role.
