Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season.
The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.
He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally.
He/she works closely with guests during their stay to discover their preferences and how they want to feel, creating tailored recommendations.
Reports to the Front Office Manager.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times.
- Responsible for cash accounting (guest bill payments).
- Communicate relevant guest and group activity to proper internal parties.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle guest complaints.
- Ensure all relevant communications are processed correctly.
- Ensure all guest details are accurately collected.
- Run End of Day processes and complete all relevant day closure accounting checks.
- Generate daily reports.
- Generate monthly reports.
