SAP BW Project Manager Data & Analytics

The SAP BW Project Manager Data & Analytics is part of a global team supporting the Markem-Imaje (MI) business. The Project Manager D&A is responsible for:

• Framing and executing the Analytics roadmap in collaboration with key business stakeholders.
• Partnering with IT teams (Applications, Infrastructure, Dover IT) and MI functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Operations).
• Managing a team of 5 analytics professionals, evolving responsibilities over time.

What you will do :

• Drive and execute Analytics projects (SAP BW, Microsoft Power BI).
• Clarify functional requirements with the business.
• Serve as technical referent for IT and business teams.
• Own the build phase and Go-Live of Analytics projects.
• Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery without impacting system availability.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize projects.
• Contribute to the evolution of the global Analytics architecture.
• Lead support and evolution activities to ensure solution availability.
• Collaborate with team members, departments, third-party vendors, and shared services.
• Provide proper documentation and cross-train team members.

What you need to have :

• Proficiency in SAP BW (7.5) (must).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI; Hana database, Microsoft Fabric, and Power Platform are pluses.
• 5+ years of professional IT experience in Data & Analytics roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in international environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of current and emerging technologies.
• Organizational skills with a proactive, autonomous working style.
• Ability to identify procedural issues and propose solutions.
• High proficiency in English.
