Specialist Customer Quality Management Projects (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze and evaluate customer requirements; serve as the interface to the customer regarding quality aspects.
  2. Support development related to quality planning and customer standards, including participation in RFQs, preparation, agreement, and follow-up on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) according to customer requirements, and preparation of quality input for D-FMEA.
  3. Monitor release status of components, agree on initial sampling document content, timeline, and requirements with the customer.
  4. Act as a core team member for product quality, serving as the key interface of the customer project team for all quality matters (e.g., P-FMEA, Control plan).
  5. Participate in customer visits and audits, and supplier audits if required.
  6. Escalate major project quality issues during project phases to project management and within the QM organization.
  7. Ensure compliance with relevant LEONI requirements.
  8. Report and monitor KPIs according to departmental concepts (sampling individual parts, standard customer sampling).
  9. Participate in project reviews at internal and customer sites.
  10. Monitor product quality at customer locations and within LEONI during project phases.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University or master's degree in industrial engineering, chemical engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills.
