What are we looking for?

Our IT Service Management unit is currently growing, and your experience as a ServiceNow Architect is just what we are looking for. This role requires solid experience as a CSM architect to support cross-functional design issues, with a special focus on the ‘OnePortal’ integration between Adobe and ServiceNow.

In this project:

You will join the Digital Transformation area of a global company specialized in the development of SaaS technology for the travel industry. The Solution Architect will work within a small team of solution specialists and will be the technical expert supporting Business Analysts and a senior developer.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Design and lead the architecture of solutions on the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform.
  • Coordinate and execute the integration between the ServiceNow CSM portal and OnePortal (Adobe), including data modelling and synchronisation.
  • Collaborate with development, integration, and product teams to ensure quality and consistency of implemented solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional design sessions, providing strategic and technical insight on integrations and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, security, and scalability standards in all solutions.
  • Propose technical and functional improvements to optimise service flows and experience within the CSM portal.
  • Document the technical architecture, integration diagrams, and key processes related to the project.

Technical & Functional Experience:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow CSM Architect, with strong functional and technical knowledge. Specific experience in designing CSM portals and integrating ServiceNow with external systems. Knowledge and experience in integrations with Adobe or similar solutions. Experience in designing data flows, APIs, and service-oriented architectures (REST, SOAP). Excellent communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary environments. Advanced level of English.
