What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as the main contact point for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and business continuity.
  • Coordinate onboarding and support clients through all operational phases.
  • Analyze client performance metrics such as transaction volumes, fees, and chargebacks; provide insights and recommendations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to support client growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, legal, finance) to ensure service quality and compliance.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and address potential risks or inefficiencies.
  • Stay updated on trends, regulations, and challenges in the trading space.
  • Support the commercial team with tailored proposals for potential forex clients.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in Business Development within payments, fintech, or forex industries.
  • Deep understanding of forex platforms, payment flows, risk factors, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Commercial mindset focused on delivering value to clients and the company.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
