About the role

In this role you will support the Shopper Marketing Specialists end to end at customer / channel level, with the preparation and implementation of winning shopper activation plans, with the clear objective of increasing company´s market share and deliver budgeted sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

  1. Sales analysis of categories in which we compete (Voltadol, Corega, Multicentrum, Parodontax, Sensodyne, Rhinomer, etc).
  2. Carrying out periodic reports on promotional activity / visibility placement at the point of sale (pharmacies and mass market) by the sales team.
  3. Support to the department in the promotional calendar (mainly promotions and materials that we execute at the point of sale in the pharmacy and mass market channels, with the aim of attracting consumers and gaining their loyalty).
  4. Monitoring of stocks of materials and promotions.
  5. Monitoring of internal procedures: creation of Purchase Orders, request for quotations, compliance with internal purchasing regulations and creation of internal codes.
  6. Follow-up of delivery times and shipments of materials.
  7. Support with field force team in the execution of our brands' plan.
  8. Support the Category Management plan in the pharmacy (review of assortments, construction of sales arguments for the sales team, etc) and mass market channels.

Qualifications and skills Essential

  1. C1 level of English.
  2. Good academic record.
  3. Knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Proactivity, willingness to learn, teamwork.
