• Translate business requirements and user stories into robust, actionable solutions that optimize marketing workflows.
• Perform integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms.
• Provide production support and lead investigations into incidents, including out-of-hours support.

Mandatory Skills

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification
• Knowledge of mobile app SDKs and API-based integrations
• Knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs and security protocols such as TLS, SSL, and data encryption

• Ampscript
• HTML
