As an HR & Payroll Account Manager, you will work in a challenging environment, providing excellent services to your international client portfolio and collaborating closely with HR & Payroll Officers to support their growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain your client’s payroll accounts.
  2. Distribute workload among accounting officers and review their work.
  3. Serve as the main contact for most clients, except for higher-tier clients.
  4. Review and process payroll data, maintain paper and electronic records, and ensure payroll input and calculations are well kept.
  5. Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve related issues in coordination with the Payroll Team Leader and Supervisor.
  6. Coordinate social security and tax filings according to Spanish legislation.
  7. Manage invoicing schedules and support payroll control processes.
  8. Assist in onboarding new clients and participate in departmental projects.
  9. Handle requests from Public Administrations, ensuring compliance and appropriate responses.
  10. Oversee invoice procedures and ensure accurate time recording.
  11. Perform any other tasks necessary to support the team’s output.

Key Requirements

  1. Degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or related fields.
  2. 3-4 years of payroll experience.
  3. Excellent written and spoken Spanish communication skills.
  4. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office.
  6. Strong teamwork skills.
  7. Quick learner with flexibility to adapt to changing environments.
  8. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
