Position: Operations Department Lead

Mission: Lead and coordinate the operational activities of the production plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service standards. Manage the production team, including plant operators, shift supervisors, and warehouse supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance to ensure operational success.
